Did you have your reservation code? E-ticket number? Mileage number? Reservations can be brought up numerous ways. Even by a telephone number given when the original reservation was made. Sounds like a lack of effort on the part of the agent not being able to find it.
Exactly what is your complaint, that they couldn't find the res? What is it you're looking for to get reconciliation? You just kind of rant and don't say how you'd like to resolve it.
Also, if you do file with other agencies, you may want to clean up the language just a touch.
