The only thing to do would be to follow up with the police and/or prosecutor's office. There's nothing more AA could really do, and two years later your reservation is not even going to be in the system any more, so it might as well had been 1968 that this happened.

As stated, the police or prosecutor may have dropped the case or maybe the guy simply plead guilty at his arraignment, in which case there would be no further need for witnesses. However, if nothing was done, I'm not sure what your chances of having anything done now would be. It's probably not going to help that you haven't followed up for two years, so to the police and prosecutor, it kind of would look like you maybe weren't that interested in pressing charges.

It also depends on how many witnesses there were, but I'd say since there was an arrest, there had to be one or two, otherwise it would be a simple he said/ she said case.
