Last year I flew over $60,000 miles with USAIR, the year before 100,000 plus. Now on an upcoming flight i find my status cannot even help me obtain an isle seat without paying a $5 fee.
It seems like a very odd way to reward and encourage your frequent fliers to have loyalty.
