you seem very quick and happy to want to take him to court where he didn't really do so much wrong other then ask you a bunch of times what to do
i know of many religious people and have heard of priests cursing and calling people names, so just because someone is religious doesn't mean that the dont say things that they shouldn't (obviously i dont know what happened and am not saying i do just pointing out something)
and how would he know that it was your day off? and he said you were mumbling, so he probably thought he heard something but maybe you said something different, i dont know, hear say i guess
