Thats where your wrong. If I should go see a psychologist then I should have been giving a preboarding pass on the first flight, without having to change flights and nearly have my heart explode. Just because of someones ability to produce large sums of money, should not in any way alter or affect the airlines safety concerns, for every single customer.
These people could walk and they were GIVEN pre board passes based upon fame and money. In turn causing an extremely long and grueling boarding process for not only everyone else but also for Southwest. I could see it in all the employees faces and they did NOTHING about it!
