All on the same wheelchair? Or different wheelchairs (replacements)?
If it is the same one then I'm a little questioning because I wouldn't think or trust the wheelchair to work properly and would feel very unsafe
but you should report this and get paid damages since you need the wheelchair and it's not easy to replace
