I'm sorry but I don't understand your complaint. Are you asking for step by step instructions on how to use each function? To lodge a complaint, all I did was google 'KLM', click on 'customer support' and I found a link VERY easily to take me to 'contact us. I don't think it took me more than 10 seconds for the whole process.

What are your suggestions to make it easier?
