jimworcs thank you for your reply. In the meantime I found the Better Business Bureau site and since Delta is being registered with them I posted a complaint there. The thing about BBB is that, as opposed to DOT, they actually contact the company and try to get a resolution on the particular case. I will provide updates here if I manage to get any significant result.
