My husband and I booked 1st class seats from Hnl to Phx on 6/9/10 Flight 125. They were anything but 1st class seats. They were in the 3rd class dept. My husband is 100% disabled and he was so uncomfortable. All that money for pain and agony. They had to ask the passenger in front of me to put their chair in the upright position so I could use my tray to eat on. No leg room. Seats were very very uncomfortable. We have flown USAir lots of times before and never had seats like this. The short flight from Phx to Tucson had great 1st class seats. I complained to them and they said the seats are the seats and they are sorry if we were dissatified
. Dissatified isn't no where near the right word. So, on our trip back to Hawaii in two weeks we have chosen another airline.
