jimworcs...thank you 1000 times for your quotes about the liability. and thank you for the suggestions about where to go next. although AA DID finally respond---they actually contact me about 15 minutes after i posted this information on my FaceBook page---it was NOT was i expected at all and i am in no way finished complaining about it.
