First leg: Atlanta to Gatwick
No personal video screen (huge disappointment)
On takeoff, no one visually checked to see if our seatbelts were fastened and seats were upright or if carryon's were stored safely.
No headphones no blanket.
Crew was not friendly.

Second leg: Schipol to Atlanta
No personal video screen (still a huge disappointment, 9 hours flight)
We were told we would see movie "A" and then that they would not be showing movie "A" and instead see movie "B". Then movie "A" came on and we never saw movie "B". LOL
Plane was messy upon boarding.
My daughter had a "bloody kleenex" in the pocket of the magazine holder.
Her seat also smelled of vomit. When she told the steward that she was unhappy about the bloody kleenex, the vomit smell and a "used" blanket, he told her: "Sorry about the Kleenex. I don't smell the vomit and we don't always place our blankets in cellophane."
Crew bordered on unfriendly to hostile.

I won't complain about food service because it's lousy across the board!

Will NEVER fly Delta again. Usually travel overseas twice a year. Will pay extra to fly another airline.[/b]
