Default Not friendly to families with babies - no place to change a diaper!

March 10, 2008 I had occasion to take Southwest’s flight 205 with my 10 week old granddaughter from PBI to ISP. When it became time to change a very messy diaper, we discovered that neither of the restrooms (and there were only two on the plane) had any provision for changing a baby: there were no drop-down shelves in the restrooms as other airlines have. The cabin attendants had to provide blankets so the baby could be changed on the floor in the galley area. This is totally unacceptable for a modern airline!

Of course I wrote to their president (a mother, no less!), and haven't received any reply in 5 weeks.
