You gave the same answer as the midwest people, makes no sense. Noone has checked in yet, flight is Sat morning, easier to change the seats now and not mess w people at 4.30 am on Saurday. My big issues are 2, 1 fix the computersystem to make groups a priority (usually parents/kids) and set the the rest according to numbers, 2 if not possible, then a human should be able to do an override to correct obvious mistakes. even the flight coming back(same flight# still, no notice of any change) has messed up the seating, so why did it get changed.....and why can it not be changed back, stop hiding behind computers and take some responsibility.
