worst airline in the world
don't ever fly American they are the worst. they bump your seat assignment when you get at the gate before the plan flies. they lose your luggage and can't find it. there is no one to compain to that is why they have a fax #. i am going to pay whatever it takes so they don't ruin my vacation again.
