american airlines they have book more people than the plane could carry. so if you come on time they would give your ticket to somebody else. so then saysorry wait for the next flight. they lose your bag and they literally destroy your vacation. so if you want to be abused continue flying american but i won't let that happen to me again. i will pay a few dollars more for another airline and not fly american. i know that there are alot of people with similar experiences and they are quiet. so they can be abused.
