Another update:
Apparently I addressed the envelope wrong (I sent it to the address that they gave me from their website). It came back this morning.
Went back to the Post Office, and sent it certified and return receipt to the same address. Let's see what happens this time. I wonder if they rejected the envelope for some reason.
