All airlines face weather and problems. Delta are consistently at the bottom of the league in on time performance and significantly worse than Continental. I would switch for two reasons... the first their performance itself, but the most significant, Delta have become very arrogant. Their treatment of customers is appalling and these boards are testiment to the sheer scale of the "delta" problem compared to other airlines. Time to change I think. I would accept Continental's offer.
