Default eAAgleguy: Define "arrogant person"

Since American Air is home to "Helen The Orange Juice Lady," and others who occupy a parallel reality--see:

I felt eAAgleguy's definition of "arrogant person" might be enlightening. "Arrogant person" can't possibly apply to "Helen," or any other like minded American employee. And it probably doesn't apply to a customer travelling with a criminal defense attorney--a "must have" for American Air customers! So what, praytell, could this phrase, in Americanspeak, mean??
