Thumbs down Continental Aug 5th 2010 called a ***

I recently 3 days ago was calling customer service for Continental airlines to get my confirmation number so I could pre print my boarding pass. So I called customer service and the person named "caleb" was very rude. He told me I was stupid for not having my paperwork in advance he then said I could check my e-mail and I advised I did not have e-mail access(vacation not work week) and he said oh thats right you are in San Francisco that is such an isolated place I forgot there was NO internet there. I asked him to please give me my confirmation number and he said "no" I asked to talk to a supervisor and he said "no you are in San francisco maybe you would like my penis in your mouth" I got so mad I demanded a superviosr and he said "no you do not need a supervisor you need a confirmation number and you are an idot so NO" I could not believe my ears the hotel concierge or however you spell it was appalled and could not believe what this man just said to me. Yes it was on speaker. I have filed a complaint with my local news, BBB of Houston, informed the FAA and wrote a letter to Mayor Newsome and called and called continental. I will never fly this airline again. I have never been so humiliated in my life.
