As much as I find defending US-based airlines repulsive, I'm going to give this one a "are you sure about that?"

I wasn't aware Continental was using an India-based call center. "Caleb" sounds a bit Hindu. Maybe Continental and United have started to combine call centers? Anyway, even considering the anti-gay posture of the Hindu culture I think that remark--"...would like ** ***** in your mouth?"--is a bit over the top.

As I mentioned on a previous post: The laws of some states--New Jersey and Wyoming are two--permit recording of phone conversations as long as one party to the call is aware a recording is being made. Thus, in some states, the person you are talking to need not be aware you are recording the call.
