the rood lady's name was:

Lurdez Adame - Supervisior of the Check-in stand at Newark Airport - she was at the check-in stand 100-110C

i tried to file a complaint directly to contenental - BUT they told me that it was our fault - and not an mistake of the staff! also after underlining the rood behaivior!
