I agree, the last email I had from the MD Reto Schmid said that if I wasn't happy with their decision I should take them to court. So that is exactly what I am doing. I have contacted the European Commission and they have given me all the contact information I need. In the meantime I have been talking to journalists from the Wall Street Journal, Producers from a UK TV programme who have asked me to do an interview and listed numerous posts online.
The only way to make a difference is to spread the word about your experiences with SWISS Ailrines and the reaction to your complaints from the board of directors.
