Recieved a FREE Voucher form the CEO of JetBlue in April 2010, went to use it for a trip in December and was told there are no dates that I can use the FREE Voucher.
FREE vouchers, should be just that....FREE...don't put limitations on a FREE Voucher. I ended up having to buy a third ticket [and there were 30 available] to join the rest of my family. So for $394.00 additional out of pocket JetBlue will never get any more of my money...I travel on average 12-15 times a year!
Hope the FREE Voucher rip off was a good idea, as they now have lost more money than the FREE ticket was worth.
