Awesome! I love everything that you've told me. I finally have something to go on and I will continue with this until it's resolved. I do not like being taken advantage of and will do whatever I need to do to make it clear to United that I'm not easy prey.

Oh, btw, I'm not an employee...Thank Goodness!
