Unhappy Air China refund

On 27 August we applied through jetabroad in Sydney to cancel our flights to china as I was starting a new job and would not be able to get holidays. I was told 4-12 weeks for refund. It is now 12 weeks and have not heard a word from the air line or the travel agency. At this stage I would have had the holiday and been back for 2 weeks. They say it has to be calculated manually!! In this day of computers I do not think so. It is just a ploy to hold on to our maney as long as they can to invest it in the short term and gain the interest.
