Here is an up-date about the "overweight" issue with Turkish Airlines:
They answered my e-mail, which I had sent to them more then a month ago (September 21). In their answer they don't comment on any of the points I made in my complaint. They just inform me that they charge for overweight and they list some rules about this.
I'm disappointed about their answer.
