Actually the men who gave her the wine broke the law and your daughter did for drinking the wine and getting intoxicated and disrupting that flight and other passengers enjoyment. You're daughter is very lucky that not listening to the FA's repeated instructions to quiet down she didn't have some of Philly's finest waiting for her at the gate or that the men didn't have anything more sinister in mind.
