Egypt Air luggage complaint
On the 15th July I flew from Johannesburg to London Heathrow (via Cairo).
On collecting mine and my partners luggage in London we saw that the zips and locks had been cut off and items stolen from inside. (Leather jacket, trainers, swiss army knife)
I lodged a complaint at the time (with American Airlines, who were working on behalf of Egypt Air) and was given a report form and reference number and told Egypt Air would contact me within 2 weeks.
I have still not heard back from them now. I have phoned countless times and nobody ever answers and have sent two letters.
Can anyone advise me what action I can take from here?
