Default Rude flight attendent

I fly from Hong Kong to newark at least twice a year by Continental Airline. I have Silver Elite and all these journeys with Continental, i am treated as enemy with discrimination.

They DO discriminate!

None of the Continental staff has learned about SERVICE, and feels like they don't know about basic mannar.

There is a lady at Newark airport that could upset me every single time. After this trip on May, i have reached at one point that i cannot take Continental anymore. The lady TOOK my mom's passport from her hand, she took the wrong passport that has been expired. She looked at my 65 years mom and said " this is expired" with her angry voice. I then, turn to her, and gave her the RIGHT passport. She then look at my mom and yelled at her, " Why do you hold 2 passports in your hand?". I am like, She can't hold anything on her hand?? Why don't you ask for a passport instead of just take from the others?!?!!

In flight?
everyone is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo rude, except the gentleman who helped with the in-flight duty free shopping.
Everyone is so annoyed.

Food?
Some money-making airline improves their service and in-flight entertainment and complement, continental has gone worst!
