Secondly what's this "my criteria" business? that doesn't make sense and is way off topic. But i'll humor you a bit. If a person gets a cold and travels from one domestic city to the next, sure its not a problem. Who's gonna have an issue with a person who has a cold? Now a person travelling from another country to a different country, well it raises cause for concern (i.e. again the guy with TB). Oh I get it, you're playing this out as if I were working the flight I would deny anyone who has the sniffles ya? that's the whole criteria business? Good call, but i don't think so. Now let's toss the ball back in you're court, name an instance where someone was arrested for taking an air sick bag? It's an airsick bag, it's meant to be used for trash, why not take it?
