You can try to call their customer service line, and see if they will offer you something more, or a partial refund. Keep in mind that no airline is going to offer a voucher, in most cases, that exceeds the cost of your ticket. If you bought a $150 ticket, for example, they aren't going to give you a $300 voucher. I don't know what you spent on your ticket, but just keep that in mind.

I would call the customer care line, politely explain what happened, and ask if they will give at least a partial refund to your ticket, or offer another voucher.
