Sure I admit its unfair that these provisions apply. I don't like the fact you can't get your money back when I book a cheap hotel online or that parts dealers charge you restocking fees for certain parts. Like you say - as long as the provisions are there in plain view then what excuses do I have if I make the purchase when I have acknowledged I understand what I'm buying.
