screaming kids in any cabin is no fun. i flew first class from LAX-ORD on AA and the kid behind me kept screaming, and wouldn't sit down. the flight attendant told the parent MANY times to make sure the child was seated. then the (during taxing) the child stood again, the parent got him to sit down, now the kid wanted cookies. the parent asked if the flight attendant had any he politly said no im sorry...thankfully i did. i asked the mom if these were ok, she said YES thank you!! thankfully the kid was quiet the rest of the flight. then i flew Air india 1st class ORD-FRA...screaming kid the whole way....and air india is bad enough without a screaming kid. next time (what we did when we had enough) we told the parent to get up and walk the child around the airplane for a while to tire he/she out...it works
