Default Baggage Delayed

Hi My is Name Raj Kamal Sareen and travlled on 29th Dec 2010 from Bangalore to Belfast. I have coshare flight bwtween Kingfisher and BMI airlines.

My kingfisher flight reached late at heathrow and I hard got 30 minutes to catch BMI flight to belfast. Due to this short span my luggage got lost at heathrow airport.

Now it has been more than 10 days and they do not have any clue about my luggage. I visited them thricee at airtport. They say go check online and online system sucks. It was says tracing and it is updated actively. Example of that is that I lost two bags and I was only able to get one bag when I went to the airport.

Also they were not willing to give any information that how I can claim for immidiate expenses.

Please suggest what would be the way the effectively deal with this.
