I actually have not flown with Delta for years, due to the worst flying experience of my life that I suffered through with them years ago. I would not have flown with them this time, except that it was the only way to get to our destination, and we were stuck. We were kind of between a rock and a hard place. They just re-confirmed my policy about Delta. They SUCK!
