Air France do not have a Customer Care Service. You cannot contact them by telephone and you can only wite to them via their website or by post. Then they don't reply. You cannot get a name or telephone number off anyone if you want to speak to someone about your complaint so you are absolutely powerless. They probably do this because they are such a bad airline so have so many comlaints that no matter how many people they employ they would not be able to keep up with the influx! I will NEVER fly with them again. They are a disgrace!
