We are sorry to hear of your travel problem. It appears that the carrier in this case acknowledges its error. In a situation such as yours, the carrier should refund that portion of the ticket that you did not fly. The carrier is not obligated to provide you a refund for tickets you purchased on another carrier. If you disagree with the carrier's resolution, please see our website at
www.airconsumer.dot.gov and a publication entitled "Tell it to the Judge."
How can such a large entity such as Delta Airlines acknowlege such a huge error like not confirming a leg of an international flight with a partner carrier an the not be liable???
