Late Again!!
For the past 6 months, I have flown Jet Blue three times. Each time, each leg of each trip was 1 hour to an hour and a half late. Every time their excuse is one of these three: switching planes, maintenance or mechanical problems. Jet Blue never sends an email to let people know they're running late, never send voicemails to your phone and basically act like they just dont give a damn. They have no respect for other people's time and have no remorse. I don't know what they're problems are but this is very upseting. Someone mentioned to me that they were having problems with the smaller Embardier? Embraer? airplanes but they better get this bull worked out before they lose all their regular playing customers.
