Default Injured by US Airways flight attendant

Obviously this airline has a big problem with arms or legs in the aisles: I was returning from Europe and had not slept for almost 20 hours. When I fell asleep on my connecting flight with US Airways, I suddenly woke up when a female flight attendant slammed her cart against my knee. I complained to her and all what she had to say was that these kind of accidents can not be avoided because there is no way for her to see if there is something in the aisle. What is strange for me is that this has never happened to me before with any other airline and I have been flying for almost 40 years. I called the company the next day when my knee had been swollen and turned into different shades of green and blue and was told to submit a complaint through their website.

The "automated message" that I received from them said "A member of our Customer Relations team will respond to your feedback as quickly as possible... Our current response time is 5-6 business days." This was about 2 weeks ago and I have not received any other message from them.
