Reporting injuries
I reported it immediately when I talked to the FA who injured me, if there were any additional steps that I should have taken (Report Form ?) why wouldn't she give it to me ? Shouldn't the crew be trained what to tell a passenger when he has been injured other than saying something like "these kind of accidents can not be avoided" Maybe US Airways even trains their staff to downplay injuries and not to respond ?
