Kingfisher Red flight 4659 scheduled to leave from Lucknow to Delhi at 2210 has been delayed for more than 3 hours with no information whatsoever. Their staff at the airport also vanished without a trace leaving us with no food or water. We called the airline's helpline number only to be told to be patient as they could not do anything to help us. This is for sure the last time that I or anyone from my family is flying on Kingfisher.

Guys, how can we formally make a complaint to the concerned authorities in India so that some action should be taken against the airline?
