I read several complaints in both english and spanish and as I stated elsewhere i'm actually glad I'm not going to fly with them! What you're saying seems to confirm their general lack of concern shall we call it: I just could not believe that after giving them every single detail including the very important credit card details I was kept waiting for 4 days and my 3 flights from Chile to Spain with a connection to Italy were eventually just cancelled...how incopetent and weird! DO NOT FLY AIR FRANCE! (if curious you can read my story on this site)
