Has anyone tried getting a Premium Coach, Business or First class ticket using miles on Qantas? I made my reservation back in November for an April flight and all they had then was coach; they said to call back to see if anything opens up. I've been calling frequently since November and nothing has ever opened up in premium, business or first class; I'm wondering if they ever offer these seats at all! Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.
