Reinstating Ticket That Is Less then 2 weeks expired
Continental sucks at their customer service levels.
I had knee surgery preventing me from travelling and have $900 of credit that I can't access anymore. The Dr. just gave clearance to travel and I am trying to book a ticket however can't use it anymore.
Really unprofessional even when I tried to provide a Dr. report, they wouldn't have any of it. Their customer service department sucks. It took 62 minutes of hold time to get someone on the otherside of the line.
Feel really cheated.
