Of course that is why I have received "surveys" after I have traveled with Delta as a disabled individual. However, the information I have given them doesn't seem to change anything.I actually feel as though they treat me worse as a person requiring a wheelchair, i.e. changing my seat, which I had chosen to keep my bodily area which has a cancer metastasis away from the passenger next to me to avoid pain and then having them change my seat, as I was boarding the plane so that I had no protection> Perhaps they believe disabled people are all mentally challenged as well. The last flight I made with Delta was the worst flight experience I have ever had. Of course they sent the survey for wheelchair requesting customers and were so apologetic and said they would "send me something" to compensate me for the experience. That actually made me feel that they were taking this seriously and made me feel slightly better about future travel with Delta. However, over 6 weeks later, I have not received anything. I guess I made the mistake of telling the service agent that my life span was limited and they didn't think I'd live long enough to notice!
