Thumbs down POOR Customer Service

ONEPASS, how are you to ever use your miles when no one answers the phone. I have been on the phone over 1hour 25min and counting. I hope they ask me to fill out a survey. This is not acceptable for a major airline to have one person trying to answer all phone calls from over the country.... Why not hire someone.. there is a thought!
