Default On Honeymoon picked the wrong airline!!

Supposed to fly out DFW Sunday at noon to El Paso. Well flight canceled for "maintenance". Was offered to fly out at 6:30pm Monday! After a long discussion with an agent, got on at 12:30pm Monday and a hotel but nothing else. Well, its Monday all our plans and reservations are ruined for our honeymoon. American Airlines could care less and it is after 4:00pm. Guess where I am, still in Dallas!! Thats right, the 12:30 has been delayed four times as of now. It is flight 1983 if you would like to verify. Now we are told the plane will not even be in Dallas for another hour. American Airlines is the worst business experience I have ever had. Customer service is nonexistent and I do not see how they are still in business with all the incompetence in the company.
