Default Delays

My husband is booked on the 4:15 flight out of New Orleans to Orlando to Ft. Myers every Thursday. The flight has been delayed for the last five weeks including tonight making him miss his connecting flight 3 out of the five times and probably tonight. Each time their excuse is equiptment issues. I wrote a letter to their customer service rep and spoke with headquarters last week who informed me they are working on the problem but we must understand that equiptment issues come up. Five weeks in a row is absolutely crazy. What is wrong with their planes. My husband will not use them again. They also never even contacted my husband by phone or text regarding any of the delays which are are suppose to do. He has been flying them every week for the last 6 months but will not fly them next weeks.
