Inefficiency at Baltimore baggage check in
In checked in online, paid the $25 online, arrived almost 2 hours early, and still almost missed my flight. The baggage check in line was unblievably long and slow. Those who arrived late were bumpped ahead and no one seemed to try to make it work. When I finally got to the counter, the man said it's always like that. 1.5 hours in not efficient.
