Flight #109 was canceled out of Edinburgh, Scotland on June 12, 2011. It was scheduled to leave the next day under another number. I had paid extra to get leg room on the original flight, but when I looked on the flight leaving the next day, the leg room was not there. I called Continental and was put on hold for over 25 minutes (very expensive on a cell phone). When I finally got a hold of someone by the name of Ash (sounded phony), he gave me numbers, 7C on both my flight coming back. When I checked the next morning, they had not been done. I then paid for a cab to go to the airport early and found that the flight was still not repaired. I was able to switch to my original numbered flight, without leg room seats. and leave. I have since been on hold a number of times trying to get the compensation due and to talk to someone regarding this, but do not have the time to continue to hold for people. I need someone to give me the international number to call and complain and get some results.
